Effective October 31, 2022, the K-Solv Group sold the entity, OMI Environmental Solutions to E3 Environmental, a leader in environmental and industrial services headquartered in Clinton, Mississippi. The K-Solv Group retained two divisions of OMI that were previously operating under the OMI name: environmental & safety products and transportation & disposal. OMI Transportation & Disposal is now Excel Transportation & Disposal and remains committed to providing the same excellent transportation and disposal services to which its loyal customers are accustomed. OMI Products is now Rowdy Supply and will continue to offer a complete line of environmental and safety products throughout the gulf coast and beyond with its online retail presence.
